Join us for GERI Monthly Connections, a space for the GERI community to come together and nurture meaningful connections. These monthly calls are designed for individuals who have previously completed an immersive GERI in-person workshop or a multi-week online course. Professional Immersion and Facilitator Certification Training

This training experience is designed to be an engaging, intimate, and an inspired journey of individual and collective transformation and learning. These modules of highly experiential learning and immersion support trainees in diving deeply and unpacking their own experience in relation to gender and sexuality, and also include teaching and experiential components related to trauma and healing, spirituality, ethics, the unique challenges of gender-related facilitation, responding to conflicts and crisis, and other topics. Training modules also include opportunities for trainees to gain hands-on facilitation experience with their peers, work together in role-plays, and hone their skills in responding to challenging and sometimes volatile gender situations, while also offering and receiving feedback from their peers and GERI Trainers.
GERI Online Course – Women and Men: Healing the Divide

This experiential 7-week course creates a safe space for breakthroughs in individual transformation and community healing—by working skilfully with participants’ lived experiences in relation to gender and sexuality. Together, women and men of all sexual orientations enter a deeper understanding and mutual appreciation of their own experience and journey, and awaken greater compassion, empathy, and understanding of others’ gender-based experiences and challenges.
Participants will be guided through an interactive and highly experiential process that includes personal reflection, small group interaction, silent meditation, somatic exercises, experiential honoring, and council process to explore and transform sensitive issues relating to gender and sexuality. The consistent result is a deeply nourishing and liberating experience for all participants.
