As a member of the BIPOC community, do you long for a space to safely share your stories as a person of color and your experience as a woman, man, or person of any gender?
Chart a new journey so your personal healing illuminates the path for future generations.
We invite you to join us in discovering the power that deep listening can have on helping you feel seen, heard and lifted up. This course is designed with a zone of non-judgment and intention to look at the life lived as “the other”.
Our course is structured with both your emotional and psychological safety at the forefront. We know the topics of race, gender and sexuality are rarely jointly discussed; they usually treated as separate matters. But this course acknowledges and holds space for it all. Your voice will not be perceived as a threat, and your passion will not be felt as anger.
Come experience the benefits of a GERI course developed over 30 years, reaching over 6 continents, and conducted with over 25,000 people. And as a result, creating even more pathways for communities to be at the table.
Our facilitators will guide you through an experiential process that will involve personal reflection, group discussion, and support you in unpacking and exploring sensitive issues of gender and sexuality. This design allows for open sharing and engagement in an intimate BIPOC space, which helps to build trust and openness in your everyday relationships.

Do you want an opportunity to have deep and meaningful conversations about what it has meant to be lesbian, gay, transgender, non-binary, or gender fluid?
You are warmly invited to join one of our LGBTQ+ courses and discover the power of deep listening and connecting deeply with others, and share about your experience related to your gender identity or expression, or sexual orientation.
“Gender” today includes not only masculine and feminine identities, but also a broad spectrum of non-binary identities and expressions, which are continuing to shift and evolve. Our LGBTQ+ courses are structured to embrace the full dynamic gender spectrum, with your emotional and psychological safety always at the forefront.
Our facilitators will guide you through an experiential process in an intimate LGBTQ+ space, that will entail personal reflection, group interaction, experiential honoring, and focused exercises for unpacking and exploring sensitive issues of gender and sexuality.
In addition to the LGBTQ+ course, we also have another course specifically designed for “queer” people and “straight” people, to engage in deep truth-telling and foster deeper mutual understanding. This course provides a rare forum for healing and transcending differences across the gender spectrum in community.

Over the last three decades, Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI) has offered programs in collaboration with schools, universities, prisons, religious institutions, for members of parliament, corporations, foundations, and NGOs.
GERI provides an experiential learning methodology combined with skillful facilitation in a group setting. Founded on principles of truth and reconciliation, the GERI methodology was explicitly endorsed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 2013.
You’re invited to join us for a free online 1-hour program that offers you a taste of our process and activities. You’ll have an opportunity to meet a few of our facilitators and ask questions about the GERI process.
