A two-level training to enhance understanding and collaboration and to build a healthy culture of gender relations in the workplace. 

Similar to other SheTek Training Bootcamps, “Level 1 – Foundations of Gender Balance and Collaboration” is 4 weeks of experiential learning, frameworks for understanding, and engaged conversation.

All are welcome.  Men are warmly encouraged to attend!
